"Fast and easy service" right above the cashiers. There's nothing fast about this store. One star because every time I come in here there's always at least 15 people in each line and only 3 registers open. The lines go half way down the freezer aisles and they don't even offer hand baskets here. Luckily I had enough time to review this place while waiting in these ridiculous lines.

I do not believe Safeway cares about their customers any longer. 1f you need toiletries or aspirin. First you have to find someone to call for the keys, then wait and wait and wait for someone else to show up. Just last week I had to have them paged 3 times. I waited at least 30 min. for a small bottle of 100 ct. Safeway brand aspirin - $6.50 plus tax. Selections areis VERY slim

2 stars just for location. But you desperately need upgrades in store and the was the staff dress in the deli and bakery!!! Some of them look as they don't wash there uniform at all or often there always dirty , I'm sure that it happens when working with food but if your not a cook then you should not have a dirty looking uniform. Who wants to.buy sandwiches or cakes from someone that doesn't care about their appearance? The tomatoes and lettuce never look fresh and God the cheese is always dry and end curled a little so even if you get a piece under it you know it's been out in the open to long. Gross.

There's always just a few cashiers working and the lines r so long always at peak time of the evening when around every time people r getting off work.

For one, all the soap is locked up behind glass. Now I understand that they have a problem with loss prevention, but at least have a system established, like a call button, so that the customer won't have to go looking for a representative to open the cabinet. It took me almost 20 minutes to find someone. Secondly, I have ordered their fried chicken a number of times there, always ordered the 8 dark piece with all thighs. This time the lady would not do it at all, even when I told her I'll pay extra on the dark piece, or just charge me for the mixed and give me all thighs. That's the last time I go to that safeway

People when their getting off work r not trying to be or get stuck in the store they choose to shop at after work on their way home.Their wanting to get in and get out as fast as possible.
